0 OpenClaw CLI versions up to 2026.2.9 have a path traversal vulnerability due to unsanitized session IDs and session file paths used in transcript file operations. An authenticated attacker with access to the gateway can exploit this to read or write files outside the intended sessions directory. The vulnerability is fixed in version 2026.2.12 by validating session IDs and enforcing directory containment.
