This occurs when userspace supplies a non-zero number of queues but a NULL pointer for the queue ID array, leading to a kernel panic. The issue arises because the function returns NULL without proper error indication, and subsequent code dereferences this NULL pointer. This has been fixed by returning an error pointer when the pointer is absent and the number of queues is non-zero.
