CVE-2026-59855: CWE-80: Improper Neutralization of Script-Related HTML Tags in a Web Page (Basic XSS) in siyuan-note siyuanCVE-2026-59855 0 SiYuan, an open-source personal knowledge management system, has a high-severity cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability identified as CVE-2026-59855. The vulnerability exists in versions prior to 3.7.1 where the Asset.render function unsafely interpolates an unsanitized path value into HTML, allowing injection of malicious JavaScript. This can lead to execution of arbitrary code within the Electron renderer context. The issue is fixed in versions 3.7.1-alpha.2 and 3.7.1.
