In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/siw: bound Read Response placement to the RREAD length In… (CVE-2026-64268)CVE-2026-64268 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's RDMA/siw driver allows a remote connected peer to cause out-of-bounds memory writes by sending Read Response segments that exceed the requested length. This occurs because the cumulative length of inbound Read Response segments is not properly checked against the sink buffer length on continuation segments, leading to potential buffer overruns. The issue has been resolved by bounding each segment before placement and terminating connections that would overrun the buffer.
