This change moves the handling of fastpath userspace exits into vendor-specific code to guarantee necessary operations, such as flushing the PML buffer for VMX, occur before userspace regains control of the virtual CPU. This prevents memory inconsistencies related to dirty page tracking. The issue with snapshotting CR0 and CR3 too late in the exit handling is noted but will be addressed separately.
