The issue involved a failure to unmap DMA requests on queue failure in the mtu3_gadget_queue() function. Specifically, when mtu3_prepare_transfer() fails, the DMA mapping remains active because the error path does not call the unmapping helper. This could lead to resource leakage or other unintended behavior. The vulnerability has been fixed by ensuring the DMA request is unmapped before returning from the failed queue operation.
