The issue involves cloning fragmented native XDP frames, which can lead to out-of-bounds memory access due to improper handling of skb_shared_info metadata. The fix rejects fragmented native XDP frames in dev_map_enqueue_clone() and applies the same restriction to the generic XDP clone path to prevent inconsistent handling of fragmented packets.
