In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: wacom: fix slab-out-of-bounds write in wacom_wac_queue_insert… (CVE-2026-64366)CVE-2026-64366 0 A slab-out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the Linux kernel's HID wacom driver was resolved. The issue occurs in the wacom_wac_queue_insert function when it improperly handles an empty kfifo buffer, leading to corrupted internal state and an out-of-bounds memory write of up to 3842 bytes beyond a 256-byte buffer. The fix adds a condition to prevent kfifo_skip from being called on an empty fifo and validates input sizes to reject oversized reports.
