In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm: shrinker: fix NULL pointer dereference in debugfs shrinker_debugfs_add()… (CVE-2026-64417)CVE-2026-64417 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's memory management shrinker subsystem could cause a NULL pointer dereference leading to a kernel panic. The issue arises because debugfs files "count" and "scan" are created unconditionally, assuming corresponding callback functions exist, which is not always true. This flaw was fixed by ensuring these debugfs files are only created when their respective callbacks are present.
