This occurs due to an indexing mismatch in how virtqueue info pointers are stored and looked up, leading to a crash. The issue arises because some virtqueues are conditionally registered, creating holes in the array and causing the lookup to access NULL pointers. The vulnerability has been resolved by correcting the indexing logic to ensure consistent pointer storage and lookup.
