In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: binder: fix UAF in binder_thread_release() When a thread exits,… (CVE-2026-64469)CVE-2026-64469 0 A use-after-free (UAF) vulnerability in the Linux kernel's binder driver was resolved by fixing the binder_thread_release() function. The issue arises when a thread exits and the function walks its transaction stack to clear references, but concurrent process termination may free transactions without proper locking, leading to a race condition and use-after-free error. This was detected by KASAN and could cause kernel memory corruption. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 07/25/2026, 12:31:37 UTC Added: 07/25/2026, 23:08:54 UTC |
