The issue involved ALSA controls created by cs35l41_hda that were not properly removed on component unbind, allowing queued firmware load work to run after driver teardown. This could cause the worker to dereference invalid driver state if the device was removed before the queued work executed. The fix ensures controls are tracked and removed on unbind and that queued work is canceled during device removal.
