The snd_compr_task_new() function allocated driver tasks before validating DMA buffers and file descriptors, leading to resource leaks if later steps failed. Additionally, error codes were not properly preserved, causing incorrect success reporting. This issue has been resolved by ensuring proper cleanup and error handling.
