In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: usx2y: us144mkii: fix work UAF on disconnect tascam_disconnect() cancels… (CVE-2026-64491)CVE-2026-64491 0 A use-after-free (UAF) vulnerability in the Linux kernel ALSA usx2y driver (us144mkii) was resolved. The issue occurs during device disconnect when work items are cancelled in an incorrect order, allowing a work handler to run on freed memory. This happens because USB Request Blocks (URBs) can resubmit themselves and re-arm work after cancellation, leading to use of freed resources.
