In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: adc: ti-ads1119: fix PM reference leak in buffer preenable… (CVE-2026-64499)CVE-2026-64499 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's iio adc ti-ads1119 driver caused a power management (PM) reference leak during buffer preenable. If an I2C write operation fails, the runtime PM usage counter remains elevated because the error path does not release the PM reference, potentially leaving the device runtime-active indefinitely. This issue has been resolved by ensuring the PM reference is dropped on failure before returning the error.
