0

FreeRDP versions up to and including 3.29.0 contain a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the Windows clipboard client's CliprdrStream_Read function. This occurs when the function copies server-supplied clipboard file contents into a fixed-size buffer without proper bounds checking, allowing a malicious RDP server to cause an out-of-bounds write. The vulnerability can be triggered when a user pastes clipboard file contents offered by the server.
