This leak occurs because the function retains a reference that should be dropped after a successful autobind, leading to resource exhaustion of dynamic SAP values. Repeated autobind and close cycles can cause later autobinds to fail with an -EUSERS error. The issue has been resolved by adjusting the reference handling to match the ownership model of a similar function, llc_ui_bind().
