In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gpu: host1x: Fix device reference leak in host1x_device_parse_dt() error path… (CVE-2026-72245)CVE-2026-72245 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's gpu host1x driver was resolved that involved a device reference leak in the host1x_device_parse_dt() error path. The issue occurred because the error handling path improperly freed the device object directly instead of releasing the embedded struct device through the proper device core mechanism. This caused a reference leak. The flaw was identified via static analysis and fixed by correcting the error path to use put_device().
