In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: vgic: Check the interrupt is still ours before migrating it… (CVE-2026-72289)CVE-2026-72289 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's KVM arm64 virtual generic interrupt controller (vgic) was resolved. The issue involved improper checking of interrupt ownership during migration between virtual CPUs, potentially causing a double removal from an interrupt list. This flaw occurred because the code assumed an interrupt with unchanged affinity was still queued on the original vCPU, which was not always true.
