In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: atm: reject out-of-range traffic classes in QoS validation Reject ATM… (CVE-2026-72297)CVE-2026-72297 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's ATM networking code allowed out-of-range traffic class values to be accepted during QoS validation. This could lead to an out-of-bounds read when reading /proc/net/atm/pvc, caused by indexing with invalid traffic_class values. The issue was resolved by tightening QoS validation to reject invalid traffic_class values at the point of user input acceptance.
