The issue occurs when mlx5_lag_get_dev_seq() returns an error due to the peer not being in the LAG or no device marked as master, leading to bad memory access and a kernel crash. The fix involves skipping peer flow cleanup when the LAG sequence is unavailable to prevent this crash.
