The issue involved inconsistent derivation of the inner dispatch type and length due to concurrent state changes or differing option bytes, potentially leading to out-of-bounds packet processing. The fix ensures that geneve_gro_complete() verifies the computed offset against the recorded inner network header position and rejects invalid frames that exceed this boundary.
