In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ieee802154: fix kernel-infoleak in dgram_recvmsg() KMSAN reported a… (CVE-2026-72441)CVE-2026-72441 0 A kernel information leak vulnerability in the Linux kernel's ieee802154 subsystem was fixed. The flaw occurs because the pan_id field of the ieee802154_addr structure is left uninitialized when the address mode is IEEE802154_ADDR_NONE. This uninitialized memory is eventually copied to user space, potentially leaking kernel stack data. The issue was resolved by zeroing the address structure when the mode is IEEE802154_ADDR_NONE.
