In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: fib_rules: Don't dump dying fib_rule in fib_rules_dump(). (CVE-2026-74288)CVE-2026-74288 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel related to the handling of fib_rule objects during the fib_rules_dump() operation has been resolved. The issue occurs when rocker_router_fib_event() calls fib_rule_get() during an RCU dump, and if the fib_rule is in a dying state, refcount_inc() triggers a complaint. The fix involves using refcount_inc_not_zero() in fib_rules_dump() to avoid this problem. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 08/15/2026, 06:32:28 UTC Added: 08/15/2026, 15:53:15 UTC |
