The issue involved dynamic inode states residing in the upper half of i_flags, with fast-commit wait and wake paths using raw state values instead of the correct offset mapping. This fix aligns the wait key mapping with the state helpers for FC_COMMITTING and FC_FLUSHING_DATA waits.
