In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vxlan: Fix potential null-ptr-deref in vxlan_gro_prepare_receive(). (CVE-2026-74406)CVE-2026-74406
0

A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's VXLAN implementation could lead to a potential null pointer dereference in the function vxlan_gro_prepare_receive(). This occurs because udp_tunnel_sock_release() might set sk->sk_user_data to NULL while vxlan_gro_prepare_receive() is executing. The issue was addressed by adding a check for NULL after skb_gro_remcsum_init().
