The issue involves race conditions between KVM capabilities KVM_CAP_VM_MOVE_ENC_CONTEXT_FROM and KVM_CAP_VM_COPY_ENC_CONTEXT_FROM, which can corrupt internal lists or cause incorrect reference counting.
