In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_conntrack: defer invalid log until after unlock TCP and SCTP… (CVE-2026-74624)CVE-2026-74624 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's netfilter nf_conntrack component could cause a deadlock due to logging invalid TCP and SCTP packets while holding a connection tracking lock. This occurs because the logging path can re-enter connection tracking and attempt to dump the same connection while the lock is still held. The issue has been resolved by deferring logging until after the lock is released and adding assertions to catch improper logging in the future.
