A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's IPVS subsystem could allow a local attacker to cause an out-of-bounds write in the ip_vs_nat_icmp function due to multiple reads of the IPv4 header length (ihl) field. This flaw has been resolved by modifying the code to read the ihl field only once and properly use the ciph->len offset for the embedded transport header.
