CVE-2026-80440: CWE-74 Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Output Used by a Downstream Component ('Injection') in HustleCVE-2026-80440 0 CVE-2026-80440 is a medium severity vulnerability in the Hustle WordPress plugin version 7.0.0.1 and earlier. It allows unauthenticated users to execute any shortcode registered on the site by submitting form values containing nested shortcodes that bypass the plugin's shortcode execution guard. This occurs because the plugin does not properly neutralize special elements in output used downstream, leading to shortcode injection in the message returned after form submission.
