Admidio versions before 5.0.12 contain a vulnerability in the photo ZIP download functionality where album names are not properly sanitized. This allows authenticated users with album-creation rights to include path traversal sequences in archive entry names. As a result, when recipients extract the ZIP archive, files may be written outside the intended directory. The vulnerability has a low severity score and no known exploits in the wild.
