A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's mt76 wifi driver for the mt7925 device was resolved. The issue involved pending work (mlo_pm_work) that could run after the device was reset, suspended, or unregistered, potentially accessing freed memory or sending commands when firmware was unavailable. The fix adds cancellation of this pending work in all relevant teardown and suspend paths to prevent invalid device state access.
