This flaw arises from arithmetic overflow in allocation size calculation and improper handling of bit offsets, which can cause memory corruption. The issue enables local privilege escalation when exploited from a binary with CAP_BPF capability. The vulnerability has been resolved by correcting allocation size calculations and adjusting bit indexing logic.
