A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's device property handling caused an infinite loop in the function fwnode_for_each_child_node() when iterating over child nodes of a fwnode with a secondary fwnode having multiple children. This infinite loop occurs because the function fwnode_get_next_child_node() incorrectly returns the first child of the primary fwnode instead of NULL when the current child belongs to the secondary fwnode. The issue has been fixed by adding a dynamic check of the parent fwnode before calling get_next_child_node().
