A high-severity vulnerability (CVE-2026-90371) in the Linux kernel's mt76 WiFi driver involves a race condition in the RXDMAD_C buffer recycling mechanism. This issue arises because RXDMAD_C buffers are recycled directly from page pools bound to different NAPI contexts, potentially causing a race with the owning NAPI. The vulnerability has been resolved by changing the recycling path to a non-direct method, consistent with other RX queue handling.
