Setracker2 Android Companion App versions 3.1.5 and earlier use the password hash directly for authentication with backend services instead of the actual password. This design flaw allows an attacker who obtains the password hash to authenticate as the user and gain full access. The vulnerability is classified as CWE-836 and has a critical CVSS 4.0 score of 9.2.
