This flaw allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by exploiting improper validation of user-supplied data length before copying it to a fixed-length stack buffer. GStreamer has issued an update to address this vulnerability. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 7.8 and is rated critical.
