Description
An integer underflow vulnerability in the sopen_FAMOS_read function of The Biosig Project libbiosig 2.5.0 and its master branch allows an attacker to trigger an out-of-bounds write by providing a specially crafted .famos file. This can lead to arbitrary code execution without requiring user interaction or privileges.
