Since the vulnerability requires authenticated access with Machine Learning read privileges, restricting user permissions to the minimum necessary can reduce exposure. Monitor vendor advisories for updates and apply any forthcoming patches promptly. Review and tighten access control configurations for Kibana spaces to limit cross-space information leakage.

Description

CVE-2026-115292 is an authorization bypass vulnerability in Kibana Machine Learning. An authenticated user with read access to Machine Learning in one Kibana space can access audit and error messages of data frame analytics jobs in other spaces without proper authorization.
