Until a fix is available, restrict local access to trusted users and carefully control upgrade image creation and handling to prevent insertion of crafted files.
Description
A vulnerability exists in the cryptographic validation process of upgrade images, where an attacker with limited privileges could bypass validation by inserting a specially crafted file into the upgrade ISO. This flaw allows integrity checks to be circumvented, potentially enabling unauthorized modification of upgrade images.
