Fixed versions are available: PHP 8.1.32, 8.2.28, 8.3.19, and 8.4.5 or later. Users should upgrade to these or later versions to remediate the issue. No additional mitigations are indicated by the vendor advisory.

Description

A vulnerability in PHP versions 8.1.* before 8.1.32, 8.2.* before 8.2.28, 8.3.* before 8.3.19, and 8.4.* before 8.4.5 causes the libxml streams to use an incorrect content-type header when handling HTTP redirects in DOM or SimpleXML extensions. This can lead to incorrect document parsing or bypass of validations.
