AI-suggested

This vulnerability is fixed in Open WebUI version 0.11.4. Users should upgrade to version 0.11.4 or later to remediate this issue. No other mitigation or workaround is indicated.

Description

Open WebUI versions from 0.9.6 up to but not including 0.11.4 have an authorization bypass vulnerability. This flaw allows users with read access to any knowledge base to supply a directory_id belonging to a different knowledge base when requesting the file listing. As a result, the API response exposes folder names, owner user IDs, and knowledge base IDs of the specified directory and its ancestor directories.
