Technical Analysis

Yshopmall through version 2.0.0 contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in its after-sales API. Authenticated members can exploit this flaw by providing another member's after-sales ID and orderCode to access or modify that member's after-sales data. The vulnerable API endpoints include deleteAfterSalesOrder, addLogisticsInformation, and GET /applyForAfterSales/{key}, which can be abused to view, tamper with, or delete other users' after-sales records.

Potential Impact

An attacker with authenticated access can view sensitive after-sales order information of other users and perform unauthorized modifications or deletions of after-sales records. This compromises data confidentiality and integrity within the after-sales system.

Mitigation Recommendations

Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict access to the after-sales API to trusted users only and monitor for suspicious activity related to after-sales operations.
