Technical Analysis

QloApps through version 1.7.0 contains a broken access control vulnerability (CVE-2026-110226) where hotel-restricted back-office employees can bypass authorization by supplying arbitrary hotel IDs (id_hotel) to the AdminProductsController. This allows them to enumerate all hotels via an unfiltered room type form selector and create room types and inventory under hotels they should not have access to.

Potential Impact

An attacker with limited privileges can escalate their access to manage room types and inventory for hotels they are not authorized to control. This could lead to unauthorized data manipulation and potential disruption of hotel management operations within QloApps.

Mitigation Recommendations

Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict access to trusted users and monitor for suspicious activity related to room type creation. Avoid exposing unfiltered hotel ID selectors to users with limited privileges.
