Technical Analysis

CVE-2026-115326 describes an insecure direct object reference (IDOR) vulnerability in QloApps through version 1.7.0 within the OrderDetailController::displayAjaxSubmitRefundRequest() function. Authenticated customers can exploit this flaw by submitting manipulated id_service_product_order_detail values paired with their own id_order, resulting in unauthorized refund submissions for other customers' service lines. This can lead to cancellation of victims' service lines and corruption of refund quantities.

Potential Impact

The vulnerability allows authenticated users to bypass authorization controls and submit refund requests on behalf of other customers. This can cause unauthorized cancellations of service lines and manipulation of refund data, potentially leading to financial loss or service disruption for affected customers.

Mitigation Recommendations

Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict access to refund submission functionality to trusted users and monitor refund requests for suspicious activity.
