Technical Analysis

CVE-2026-111610 describes a missing authorization vulnerability in B3log Solo through version 4.4.0 within the ArticleConsole feature. Authenticated users with author privileges can bypass per-author ownership checks, allowing them to query the articles status endpoint to enumerate other authors' drafts. They can also probe draft content using the 'k' parameter and invoke the 'push2rhy' function to push articles authored by others to the Rhythm community. This vulnerability arises from insufficient access control enforcement on user-controlled keys and endpoints.

Potential Impact

The vulnerability allows authenticated authors to access and manipulate draft articles of other authors, potentially leading to unauthorized disclosure of unpublished content and unauthorized publication actions. This could compromise content confidentiality and integrity within the affected system.

Mitigation Recommendations

No patch or official fix information is provided in the available data. Patch status is not yet confirmed — check the vendor advisory for current remediation guidance. Until a fix is available, restrict author privileges where possible and monitor for suspicious use of the ArticleConsole endpoints.
