AI-suggested

A patch is available for this vulnerability. Users should update the All-in-One Video Gallery plugin to a version later than 5.0.0 where this issue is fixed. Since this is a cloud-hosted plugin service, the vendor manages remediation for the cloud-hosted service; verify with the vendor advisory for confirmation. Until patched, avoid configuring the Player Library option to Plyr/Vidstack to reduce exposure.

Description

The All-in-One Video Gallery plugin for WordPress versions up to 5.0.0 contains a stored DOM-based cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This flaw arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping of the 'custom_fields[].value.label' parameter when the Player Library is set to Plyr/Vidstack. Authenticated users with subscriber-level access or higher can inject malicious scripts that execute when other users view the affected pages.
