AI-suggested

Until a fix is available, consider restricting access to the affected API endpoints or implementing Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules to detect and block malicious payloads targeting the 'bwfan_cart_id' parameter.

Description

The FunnelKit Automations plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce versions up to 3.8.5.2 is vulnerable to a time-based SQL Injection via the 'bwfan_cart_id' parameter. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to inject SQL queries during a guest Store API checkout, potentially extracting sensitive database information. The injection triggers later when a scheduled job processes the stored data upon order status changes.
