Description
CVE-2026-120316 is a path traversal vulnerability in http4k versions before 6.62.0.0-ee. It affects the ThymeleafTemplates Caching and HotReload feature, allowing unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files outside the intended template directory by manipulating template path values. This occurs because Thymeleaf's FileTemplateResolver resolves escaped paths without proper containment checks. The vulnerability is fixed in version 6.62.0.0-ee.
