Users should monitor the vendor's advisories for updates. Until a fix is available, restrict access to users with the edit_others_posts capability and avoid clicking on untrusted links containing post IDs. Employ web application firewalls or security plugins that can detect and block XSS payloads as a temporary mitigation.

Description

JetFormBuilder — Dynamic Blocks Form Builder plugin for WordPress versions up to 3.6.8 is vulnerable to stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) via the 'note' form field. This vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious scripts. Exploitation requires a privileged user with edit_others_posts capability to visit a crafted URL containing the attacker-controlled post ID, potentially leading to script execution in the user's browser.
